At Girl Scouts’ 55th National Council Session on October 25, 2020, the National Council resolved that discounted lifetime membership dues of $200 should be offered to registered volunteers with 10 or more years of service. To qualify, you must:

• Be a current member
• Be in your 10th year (or more) of service as a volunteer. Please note that girl membership years do not apply.
• Not already be registered as a lifetime member.

Lifetime Membership FAQs

Can membership be transferred to another person?
The membership dues of one person may not be transferred to the credit of another person.

If I purchased a lifetime membership prior to the newly discounted option for 10+ year volunteers passing on October 23, 2020, can I get a refund for the difference I paid?
Membership dues are non-refundable, so we are unable to refund the difference for any lifetime memberships purchased prior to October 23, 2020.

Are lifetime memberships dues tax deductible?
Lifetime membership is tax deductible as allowed by law.
